Training for an upcoming event or competition? With the competition package you get two 30 minute treatments, 1 pre-event and 1 post-event. Ideally within 24-48 hours of the event. WhatsApp us for booking.

Pre-event: Preparation of the muscles for peak performance, increasing blood flow, range of movement and power delivery to help reduce the chance of injury and be at your best on the big day.

Post-event: Get back to training faster. Focusing on flushing lactic acid, targeting tight spots, and relieving DOMS to prevent muscle stress and fatigue and aide a quick recovery.

I had 6 sessions with Gareth in total. I had shoulder and elbow problems, struggling to put a seat belt on with no pain. He fully sorted it so I don't have any problems now. Very professional and personable. Fully recommend!
